Traditional classrooms can be limiting for more than 80% of the students, that kills the love for learning. In Jeevat@KASHI we have created a learning environment that is centred around labs and studios, where students can actively engage with the projects and pursue their own interests. Our goal is to empower students to take charge of their own learning and explore the world around them. 

Jeevat@KASHI designs personalised learning experience for each student. By offering 100% personalised program, we meet each student at the point of need and support them in achieving their unique goals. This individualised approach is the key to unlocking each student's full potential. 

Every student is different, the traditional one-size-fits-all model of education is no longer effective. In Jeevat@KASHI students have the freedom to learn in the way that works best for them. 

Each student pursues two streams (a) academic endeavours (b) learning sojourns. In academic excellence students engage with projects and materials mapped to NCERT learning outcomes. Academic excellence program will culminate in certification examination conducted by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) exam in grades 8th, 10th and 12th grades. NIOS is a recognised board equivalent to CBSE and certification from NIOS makes the student eligible to take any of the competitive exams and admissions in any university in India and abroad. 

While learning sojourns are exploratory pursuits, students work on projects to find their IKIGAI. (Japanese concept that refers to one's sense of purpose or reason for being. It is often described as the intersection of four elements: what one loves, what one is good at, what the world needs, and what one can be paid for). 

The best way for students to learn is by solving real-life problems. Jeevat@KASHI provides a learning environment that is centred around project-based learning, where students can actively engage with the material and apply what they've learned to address real-world challenges. By solving problems that are relevant and meaningful to them, students will be more motivated and engaged in their learning. 

Technology has the power to transform education, and we are dedicated to use it as a medium for learning in Jeevat@KASHI. Whether it is through Tinkering, 3D Printing, Robotics, Internet of things, online resources, coding projects, or virtual simulations, we are constantly seeking out new ways to use technology and tools to enhance the learning experience for our students. 

Preparing our students for the 21st century, the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in today's world go beyond traditional academics. We have identified 250+ Skills and have incorporated them as part of our curriculum. With these skills and tools students have the necessary resources to thrive in a rapidly-changing world, they will be well-equipped to succeed in the chosen path.
