Artificial intelligence, robotics and computers have percolated deep into the workspace reducing lot of manual, mundane work. This new workplace is needs a different kind of education. Education that teaches one to make and master machines instead of competing with one.
Google as a company is right at the top when it comes to attracting talent from all over the world. When they go out to hire they hire “smart creatives”. Smart creative is a term coined by Eric Schmidt of Google as someone who has deep technical knowledge in how to use tools of her trade combined with intelligence, is business savvy, and has a host of creative qualities. Smart creatives are driven, self-motivated, hands-on and are able to articulate. Smart creatives is what industry expects today.
Jeevat@KASHI has identified and developed curriculum for the skills required to be smart creative. We are keenly focussed on developing these skills. The skills included in our curriculum are:

- Skills in Language arts
- Skills for the 21st century
Skill curriculum from Building21 has been symbiotically woven with NCERT standards while designing projects.
Curriculum
Jeevat has adapted the curriculum from Building21 - a US based organisation that is helping schools transform for 21st century. This is a competency based curriculum that helps students develop 300 academic and life skills. These skills are spread across five key areas (Ref: 1) including Wayfinding, Nextgen, Personal. Core content area (Adapted for NCERT), and Habits of success.
